“The Sanctuary is a very peaceful, beautiful, magical environment! A place to rejuvenate, relax and ground and conducive to self reflection… I found the vibrations there very high, food is excellent, and staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful!!! Highly recommended.” – D.G.

We will experience the Holistic Model of Reality, creating balance in our physical, mental, emotional, and subtle dimensions through various practices such as:

Physical Dimension
*Explore the art of gentle yoga called Sukshma Yoga, a system that loosens your joints and removes energy blockages. Sukshma purifies your body, boosts energy, improves circulation, removes stiffness and tension, and is for all ages. It does not matter if you ever practiced yoga. Give your body this gift and learn to integrate it into your daily life.

*Discover the power of your breath. Breathwork is a tool to take you into deep meditation. Experience the power of prana, the life force.

*Explore the beautiful surroundings while walking through the woodlands for exercise or time to commune quietly with nature. The enriching practice of forest bathing reduces blood pressure, heart rate, and high levels of harmful hormones such as cortisol, which the body produces when stressed. This practice assists in entering a calmer, more relaxed state.

*Enjoy a beautiful dance therapy session to balance the four elements.

Mental Dimension
*Daily meditations with Synchronicity High-Tech Meditation to enter profound meditative states.

*Access Your Internal Wisdom. We use a method of self-inquiry that allows you to access the wisdom that always exists within you. Bring a notebook and pen.

*Special meditations surrounded by the heavenly nature of the Sanctuary, surrender into the Drum circle resonance with the heartbeat of Mother Earth, and practice the power of the talking stick.

“With High-Tech Meditation® I get away from my mind and start to experience the deep meditations the technology gives you. I didn’t experience that with regular meditation without the technology.” -C.L.

Emotional Dimension
*A Cacao Ceremony to open and nourish your heart. The Cacao Ceremony is a ritual dedicated to personal renewal that keeps us centered, connected to our hearts, and living kindly. Cacao has the potential to be a guide and a gateway to help each of us embrace our hearts as a starting point for deep and beautiful memories. Coming together to drink cacao can create healing, connection, and inspiration.

*Experience your creative side through Art Therapy as an opportunity to express your emotions and get to know yourself.

Subtle Dimensions
*A Yagna Fire Ritual: This ceremony is a Hindu ritual of ancient origin for offering mantras and prayers. As in many religions and beliefs, the rising smoke carries an offering to the divine while blessing the offerer with grace, divine intervention, guidance, or to express gratitude for prior prayers answered. Throughout time, the ritual fire is venerated as a symbol of spirit.

*Bhakti Yoga, know the different divine energies of the Sanctuary and learn how to meditate with a mala.

*Balance your chakras or energy points, often called the “seven doors to higher consciousness,” understanding the chakra system is vitally important for those on the ascension path. Before we share the best way to open & heal all seven chakras, it’s empowering to understand which ones are blocked.

“Everything about this retreat center is top notch. From the staff to the accommodations one could not ask for more.” – C.S.
